Physical Products
Books
Our refund and returns policy for books lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused and in the same condition you received it. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
To initiate a return: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $25.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Spice Mixes
Due to the consumable nature of spice mixes, we can only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed packages within 30 days of purchase. Opened spice mixes cannot be returned.
If your spice mix arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Digital Courses
We want you to feel confident purchasing a course. Our digital course refund policy is as follows:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are calculated as the percentage of the course not yet completed
- Refunds are not available once you have completed 20% or more of the course content, regardless of the time elapsed.
- Courses under $6.00 USD are not eligible for refunds.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and the course name. Upon approval, your course access will be revoked and a refund issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer partial refunds for partially completed courses beyond the threshold above.
Digital Downloads
All digital download purchases (PDF recipe cards, guides, and similar files) are final sale. Due to the instant-access nature of downloadable files, we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered or downloaded.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical problem with your download, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale and promotional items are final sale.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund:
- Check your bank account or payment app again — it may not have posted yet.
- Contact your credit card company or PayPal — processing times vary.
- Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before a refund appears.
